This project was inspired to give recognition to the growing influence and prominence that bloggers are to our daily lives. From candid and insightful opinions right down to the latest fashion and celebrity news, blogs are fast becoming a staple in our Internet diet.

People like Cheesie, KY or Shaolin Tiger got their chance to be featured in Malaysia’s very own Online TV Show ~ Project Alpha~

Wooo~ Last Thursday midnight, I went to 1Utama GSC to watch “How to train your dragon 3D” again with some of my friends…

We were watching the movie happily until around 12am like that we heard the fire alarm ringing for a very long time. But no one inside the cinema moved lol. Everyone is just like, you look at me~ I look at you back~ hoping for some of the staff to come in and cancel the fire alarm.

Then after around 15minutes of annoying ringing sound came out from the fire alarm, some of the cinema staff came in with a few box and they started to ask us to go out immediately.

But everyone is still very calm, like nothing happened. Suddenly everyone can smell something burning and we saw smoke everywhere, then people started rushing out.

Well I was watching a movie about Dragons, maybe the Fire Breathing Dragon did this.

Sorry for the slow update guys, Don’t have time to online. But i promise that i try to online more often.

Last time when i was a small small boy~ There is no Tony Roma’s, no San Francisco Steakhouse and not really alot of western food restaurants. Kaki Corner and Cowboy Delight was one of the best western food restaurants in Kuala Lumpur last time.

But now the food over there DOWNGRADED already, maybe because the chefs were all normal Bangla, Myammar and Indoneisian immigrants.

My phone battery was out that day, so i borrow my friend’s phone camera to take pics, so it’s abit blur… Hope you all don’t mind =)

Cream Of Mushroom (RM3.80) – Nothing special here, plain normal mushroom soup with a loaf of bread.

Left – Starfruit juice *Big* (RM7)

Right – Orange juice *Big* (RM6.50)

Hawaii Chicken Grill @ RM14.80 – Quite expensive if you asked me, a normal chicken chop with mushroom sauce i guess? Then added with a scrambled egg, pineapple and cherry on top.

Chicken Maryland @RM12.80 – As shown as the picture above, nothing much to be said lol… But they fried until “too oily”.

Sizzling Chicken Chop with Tiger Prawns @ RM18.80 – I ordered an ‘extra’ Red Wine Sauce that costs RM1. Not nice somemore… Tsk tsk tsk…

Tom Yam Meehoon Soup @ RM7.80 - Funny to say that in a western cuisine restaurant, It’s Tom Yam Meehoon Soup is quite good… Very very very spicy!

Food : 6/10

Price : 4/10

Service : 4/10

Remember my previous post? The post about Shanghai 10~ Well, my taiko, Uncle Terry dulan coz i never invite him on that day. So yesterday I bring him to Crystal Jade to try some La Mian and Soup Dumplings over here.

Steamed Pork Dumpling (RM8.80 – 4pcs) – Seriously, no matter everywhere i go, every restaurant’s Steamed Pork Dumplings seems to be the same… Except for Din Tai Fung which have crab meat, alot more expensive as well.

My taiko, Terry~ Ordered Set C (RM20.80), which includes Soup La Mian with Beef Brisket in Chili Oil (Picture above), Cold Beancurd with Preserved Egg, Deep Fried Spring Rolls 2pcs and Chilled Water Chestnut Cream with Pomelo.

Deep Fried Spring Rolls 2pcs, comes together with Set C. Very crispy but oily as well.

I’ve ordered Soup La Mian Served with Crispy Chicken Wing @ RM12, not worth the price if you asked me. Very normal soup la mian with very normal fried chicken wings LOL!

La Mian with White Tempura Prawn @ RM12 – Again, a very normal soup la mian with some very normal fried prawns.

La Mian with Dried Shrimp and Ccalion (RM10) – Looks like a normal dish, but somehow quite nice to eat. But i do recommend taking those Set Meals if you wanna eat at this restaurant.

Finally, to the desserts! Aloe Vera with Omanthus and Honey (RM8) is really nice~ But it’s not inside the normal menu, you have to ask for the Crystal Jade Restaurant Menu, the waitress said that Crystal Jade – La Mian Xiao Long Bao Restaurant Menu is different from the normal Crystal Jade Restaurant, so even the dessert menu is different. Look at both the pictures below and you get what i mean.

Finally, food post!

After some window shopping with my friends at klcc, we went to Shanghai10 @ Avenue K, a restaurant just like Dragon-i to have dinner yesterday.

Our first dish was Shanghai Double Boiled Soup Dumplings @ RM8. Quite cheap if compared with Dragon-i and Din Tai Fung @ Mid Valley Gardens.

Avacado with Kataifi ~ RM5.8, well i didn’t manage to try this since my friends took it all too fast already. They said that it’s nice.

Shanghai Style La Mian with Crab Roe (RM12.80) - A must try for those who love La Mian.

Peanut and Spicy Sauce La Mian (RM9.80) – I don’t really recommend this dish unless you like the taste of peanut inside your soup. Me and my friends tried it and we’re not used to the taste.

As for dessert, we’ve ordered Durian Pan Cake @ RM5.8. Quite normal if you asked me.

Almond Cream with Snow Frog Jelly (RM8) - My friend said that it tastes quite nice, but i don’t like it because i hate Almond Cream.

Well, I nearly forgot to mention, there’s a set promotion where you get a bowl of La Mian of your choice, chinese tea and this dessert for RM8.80. Really cheap and affordable. If you wanna try out this restaurant, better be fast because i don’t know when the promotion is going to end.

It was my birthday last Thursday which is 4th of March, Alot of friends came to have a surprise party for me to celebrate my birthday. So i was a little bit busy having fun… XD

3rd March – Went out with Yen, TeeKeat and Alexa on the afternoon, then after that went to One Utama to meet with Matthew, Jason, Terry and Wilson at 10pm.

They got a surprise party for me @ TGI Fridays.

And this is the cake they bought for me.

After that we went to watch Solomon Kane @ 1AM midnight. Awesome movie!

4th March – Went to my gf’s house in the morning~ She said that she wanted my birthday to be something special so she cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for me on that day~ HouHouSek arr~ Om nom nom nom~~~ =D

Then she got bought me a cake also… This is the picture of the cake~

The cake is nice, but now i got 2 Cakes le… Fat Fat T_______T

Then after that when i went back home, My mom told me that she got me a cake also… OMFG!!! Now i got 3 cakes! How am i gonna finish them all? Shit!! I think I’m gonna gain at least 5kg weiiii!!
