Sorry for the blurry image guys, my camera spoil already =(… Need around a few weeks to fix…

========================================Hainan Chicken Chop @ RM15.90 – Chicken chop in special sweet and sour sauce served with some fries and salad dish. If you liked sweet and sour sauce, this is definitely a must try =D~
Lum Mee @ RM7.90 - Although the ‘lum mee’ sauce over here is slightly watery but they do have alot of prawns, fish cake and sliced chicken inside. Quite nice~
Curry Chicken Mee @ RM8.90 – An awesome curry chicken mee! Its been a long time since I’ve tasted some good curry! The best part is, there’s a full chicken drumstick hidden inside the mee!
Ipoh Hor Fun with Sliced Chicken @ RM 6.90 – In my personal opinion, I think that the Ipoh Hor Fun here is better than Old Town. Why? Because they are generous enough to give you more prawns, fish cakes and sliced chicken. The soup is better too~

PORK PLACE!! A restaurant just to eat pork! 95% of the dishes in the menu here serves pork… The rest are just soups and drinks.

*Thanks to Cherlyn for recommending the place*

Roast Pork Sandwich @ RM21 – It tastes like a chapati rolled up with salad and roast pork meat inside. But somehow the combination is quite nice when dipped into the sauce they provided.
House Specialty – Katsu Ciabatta @ RM23 – I ordered this that day, it wasn’t as good as the other food my friends ordered. =(
Bacon and Cheese Burger @ RM19Its just like the Western Bacon Cheeseburger from Carl’s Jr. The difference is the meat that they’re serving here inside the burger is PORK instead of beef! The pork meat inside the burger is very juicy and nice.
Grilled Pork Belly @ RM24 – Grilled pork belly served with creamy peas sauce. They are a few different pasta to choose from, my friend chose spirali.
Homemade Meat Ball @ RM20 - The meatballs they serve is really nice. But the bad thing about the dish is the portion is very small.
Iced Honey Lemon @ RM6.90

*Left* Chocolate Shake @ RM8.90

*Right* Iced Lemon Tea @ RM5.50

Kita No Zen is a Japanese restaurant opened in Mid Valley Gardens on 22th of September if I am not wrong. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of Mid Valley Gardens, right in between Nokia and Sony Centre.

I wanted to try the restaurant on the day it opened. But on the first day they opened the restaurant, before I can even get into the shop I smell an awful fishy smell when I reach infront of the Nokia shop. The smell was so awful, me and my friends were forced to leave the area at once. We don’t even dare to step into the restaurant.

A few days ago, I went to Mid Valley to watch Sammy’s Adventures : The Secret Passage with my friends and when dinner time we got bored with all the restaurants in Mid Valley. So we decided to try Kita No Zen.

Again, the awful fishy smell was there, but this time it is not as much as the first time we went there. Surprisingly once we step in our foot into the restaurant, the awful smell was gone. Hmmm~

Salmon Maki @ RM6 - If you liked salmon, you should try this. The salmon they’re serving is kinda fresh if you compare with Sushi King.

Salmon Sushi (left) and Kaori-Hako Kani (right) @ RM3 PER PIECE – Okay, this is very pricey indeed. RM3 per piece! Although it may taste better than any regular sushi but it might just be my imagination since it is so expensive!!

Teppanyaki Zen @ RM36 – Beef steak set~ Served with miso soup, garlic rice, chawanmushi, some fruits and vegetables. My friend complained that the chawanmushi is too salty, but well… Depends on individuallah~ The rest is quite nice.
Miso Zuwaigani Ramen @ RM23.80 - Ramen in miso soup with  snow crab, some eggs, seaweeds, beansprouts and corns hidden inside the soup. Don’t know why the ramen here tastes just like MAGGI =____________=”"”

Spicy Kaki Miso Ramen @ RM16.80 – Spicy miso soup ramen with oysters, the oysters is raw and quite fresh also. Although it is spicy miso soup, but it is not spicy at all… LOL…

Spicy Miso Ramen @ RM14.80 – Spicy miso ramen with grilled chicken~ Same as above, the difference is just one served with oysters and the other served with grilled chicken.

Hotate Don @ RM18 – Scallop with omelette on rice, quite delicious but too dry… I think if they serve with sauce then it will be better.

Conclusion – Kita No Zen is just another normal but expensive japanese restaurant. I think that Sushi Zanmai is by far the most delicious japanese restaurant with REASONABLE price. No wonder Sushi Zanmai @ One Utama and Mid Valley are always so crowded at dinner time that you need to line up for at least 10minutes to get seated.

Went to this Italian restaurant at Jaya 33 to celebrate my dad’s birthday. It looks ok. The place looks clean and nice. About the food, it’s okay. I quite enjoy it but compared to my dad’s cooking, it wouldn’t be as nice. Oh well, here are a few pictures…

Starter - Mushroom Soup

The Fresh Mushroom Soup is great. It’s wild mushroom soup. Tasty with herbs and a pinch of pepper. The price is a big high but it comes in a big bowl. So, it’s still worth it! After drinking the soup, I was afraid that my main course is too much for me.

Main Course (Pasta): Ravioli

This Tomato Ravioli is like our wantan. It’s fill with minced chicken wrapped with pasta outside topped with nuts and herbs and mints. I don’t like nuts so I find it less tasty. However, if you like nuts, I think you’ll like it. It looks very little but when you finish the whole plate of Ravioli, you’ll feel very full.

Pizza

My dad ordered the pizza. He said it was alright. Well, in my opinion, it taste like canadian pizza. However, the price is higher (duh). So, I recommend that you try something else. Instead of pizza, their fish, lamb and beef is alright :)

Main Course: Lamb

My sister ordered lamb. It comes with salad and mash potato as side dish. My sister said this is delicious. Should try it when you visit this restaurant ;)

Guess what this thing is, looks like roti canai O.o

It's fish! =D

At first glance, I was wondering what the heck is in the bag of paper. So, when I opened it, it was fish with tomatoes, beans and a but of mushroom. It tasted a bit salty. Overall, it was alright.

Beef Ribs

My mum waited for a long time – almost one hour – for her beef ribs to arrive. Finally, it’s here. It looks nice. My mum said it was delicious. Worth the price too.
