While I was blog-walking around for the past few days reading random people’s blog~ I stumbled upon Angie‘s blog and saw a very interesting Siew Yok (Roast Pork). And thus, I must go and try it myself!

Yut Kee Restaurant is located at a corner in Jalan Dang Wangi (somewhere near SoGo) shop lot number 35. Finding a parking space there will be kinda hard and those car parks that are manned by attendants are pretty expensive. But for the sake of delicious ROAST PORK!! I don’t mind bearing the consequences.

Roast Pork @ RM14 (2 slices) - I don’t get to take a picture of the whole rack~ But at Angie’s blog, you can actually see the way the guy cuts it~ A whole rack of roast pork costs RM140.

The skin of the roast pork is very crunchy and the texture of the meat is really soft and tender, very nice I would say. It serves with homemade apple sauce, but it doesn’t really suit my taste, it smells abit like apple vinegar.

Hainanese Chicken Chop @ RM8.50 - Normally hainanese chicken chop’s sauce is in tomato/bbq sauce (See Kluang Station). But at this place, they serve the sauce in brown sauce. Almost all of the people eating in the restaurant orders this. It might not be the best chicken chop I’ve eaten before, but still~ It’s quite nice.

Bread Toast @ RM2.40 - This is the first time I’ve tried traditional styled kaya which is rough type. Very special texture I would say~

Homemade Marble Cake - Ohh Shhiiittt!! They didn’t list out how much is this in their menu and I forgot to ask about it =( Sorry guys. Anyway the marble cake is somehow quite normal.

Fried Toong Fun @ RM6.50

Curry Chicken Rice – I don’t know about you guys, but for me~ This doesn’t taste good, okay okay only. Or maybe the chef today is not in a good mood? Lolz…

Just a note for you guys that wanna try at this Restaurant. Go to the restaurant as early as possible, this picture was taken at 10am in the morning and there are many people queuing up already.

Another note, if you wanna eat Roast Pork~ You have to wait until 11am, and they only serves it on Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. (Well that’s what the menu says)

Finally, Namco also revealed that Tekken: Blood Vengeance, a CG animation flick, is in the works and will hit cinemas in 3D this summer. The movie takes place between the events of Tekken 5 and Tekken 6, and is being billed as a “suspense action film.”

Furthermore, series producer Katsuhiro Harada also encouraged everyone to put the recent Hollywood adaptation to the back of their minds:

“That doesn’t have anything to do with it this time,” Harada said. “We’re not trying to rewrite those wrongs. Fans are always asking us for a 3D movie. This is our response to them… We want to make a movie that everyone can enjoy, though. Not just Tekken fans.”

The Avengers will bring together the super hero team of Marvel Comics characters for the first time ever, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, Nick Fury, Black Widow, Hawkeye and more, as they are forced to band together to battle the biggest foe they’ve ever faced.

[Spoiler - The villain will probably be Loki due to the fact that he appeared in Thor movie after credit scene. ]

It had been rumored before that Loki might appear in the Avengers and of course Loki is the villain that originally brought the Avengers together in the comic books so it makes sense, but this is the first official confirmation I am aware of that Loki would be in both Thor and Avengers.

The video below is an episode of the Avengers VS Loki in cartoon version.
