Hi everyone,
It’s been a while. Procrastinate much? Haha! I’m here to break it from me. No more procrastinating. Anyway, I’ve been to Ben’s a while back and it is not bad. It’ll be great to share my thoughts on it. It’ll be a short post as only two are dining that day.
We ordered Fish and Chips, Aglio Olio with Chargrilled Onion, Walnut Brownies and two drinks. The drinks are very normal so I didn’t even bother to take pictures of it. Alright, here are the pictures.

Went to Ben’s @ KLCC for dinner on 28/12/2011 – the food was nice. Loved the selections. But I was very disappointed with the service. The head waiter, of all people was absolutely rude! and when I informed the manager, I got no apologies either. My unfortunate experience at Ben’s KLCC for the first time, left a bitter taste in my mouth. It’s a shame though, good food but less than mediocre service.
Is that an Ice cream on top of the brownies? They look delicious but I don’t know what is the taste of the leaves on top of pasta.

My experience was somewhat bad as well. I am quite disappointed with the service. The waiters were foreigners and they had no idea what I was requesting or asking. There was only one waiter that could take orders. The rest couldn’t communicate properly. Even simple question and confirmation like “when is the last order?” or “Our dessert is not here yet”, the person could not understand. He looked blur and confused. It’s as though they had no training at all. As I pay so much for the food and ambience, I really expect them to at least understand what I had asked. So, was really disappointed about the service and training given to the waiters.
I love it! They’re portion is very big hahaha even for salads!

Yeap…Pavilion’s is much more dissappointing….the waiter seems lack of training….including the manager..
