Hi everyone,

It’s been a while. Procrastinate much? Haha! I’m here to break it from me. No more procrastinating. Anyway, I’ve been to Ben’s a while back and it is not bad. It’ll be great to share my thoughts on it. It’ll be a short post as only two are dining that day.

We ordered Fish and Chips, Aglio Olio with Chargrilled Onion, Walnut Brownies and two drinks. The drinks are very normal so I didn’t even bother to take pictures of it. Alright, here are the pictures.

That’s it. Have a happy holiday! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! =)

Hi folks. It’s been a long time since I’ve posted. Been procrastinating a lot! Sorry that I didn’t share anything nice from Penang cause the food over there is very bad. I’m sorry but KL food rocks! Anyways, I went to Bidor to visit a fren in NS camp. Boy, it was like a jail. Feels like I’m visiting friend in a prison. We have to register and then the officer will announce in Malay to the entire camp. I am so glad I didn’t go to these NS things because they all speak Malay. However, the good thing about it is having 3 meals and 3 tea times per day. Eat so much, exercise so much. It must be tiring, to eat and exercise. Haha!

So yeah, I went to Bidor and people tell me that they have great duck noodles there. It’s a small place. So, it is very easy to find.

Restaurant Pun Chun

When you pass the Bidor toll, you will see a traffic light at a T-junction. Turn right and then go straight till you see KFC on your left. Go straight ahead some more, you will see Pun Chun Restaurant on your right side. They sell a lot of local biscuits like “Kai Zai Bang”, “Heong Bang” and so on. They even sell tea and coffee packs. As for food, there are noodle stalls, mixed rice and Siu Pao and Wu Kok (yam) stall.

Went to this Italian restaurant at Jaya 33 to celebrate my dad’s birthday. It looks ok. The place looks clean and nice. About the food, it’s okay. I quite enjoy it but compared to my dad’s cooking, it wouldn’t be as nice. Oh well, here are a few pictures…

Starter - Mushroom Soup

The Fresh Mushroom Soup is great. It’s wild mushroom soup. Tasty with herbs and a pinch of pepper. The price is a big high but it comes in a big bowl. So, it’s still worth it! After drinking the soup, I was afraid that my main course is too much for me.

Main Course (Pasta): Ravioli

This Tomato Ravioli is like our wantan. It’s fill with minced chicken wrapped with pasta outside topped with nuts and herbs and mints. I don’t like nuts so I find it less tasty. However, if you like nuts, I think you’ll like it. It looks very little but when you finish the whole plate of Ravioli, you’ll feel very full.

Pizza

My dad ordered the pizza. He said it was alright. Well, in my opinion, it taste like canadian pizza. However, the price is higher (duh). So, I recommend that you try something else. Instead of pizza, their fish, lamb and beef is alright :)

Main Course: Lamb

My sister ordered lamb. It comes with salad and mash potato as side dish. My sister said this is delicious. Should try it when you visit this restaurant ;)

Guess what this thing is, looks like roti canai O.o

It's fish! =D

At first glance, I was wondering what the heck is in the bag of paper. So, when I opened it, it was fish with tomatoes, beans and a but of mushroom. It tasted a bit salty. Overall, it was alright.

Beef Ribs

My mum waited for a long time – almost one hour – for her beef ribs to arrive. Finally, it’s here. It looks nice. My mum said it was delicious. Worth the price too.

Last saturday, my mum’s friend gave us a box of mooncake. We were so happy to see mooncakes by Hilton. So at night, we opened it to eat together. Guess what? You’ll never believe what is ON the mooncake. Fermented mooncake full with yeast or mold or whatever. It was so disgusting, I nearly vomit on my mum (exaggerate la..haha)

So my mum informed her friend so that she check her moon cakes before she eats them. Then she said she’ll call Hilton hotel to screw them. At least try to get a new box of moon cakes. Unbelievable, they said it was our fault. When my mum’s friend bought the moon cakes at Midvalley, the sales person did not mention anything about consuming within two weeks. The paper is inside the box and is properly sealed. So, it is impossible for my mum’s friend to know about it. I mean, imagine you buy a present for your friend, it is wrapped properly, you open it or not? Of course you wont ma.

In the end, my mum’s friend couldn’t get a new box. So, I decided to show all of you how irresponsible Hilton could get. From my friend’s experience, he said “Tai Thong would change a new box of moon cakes for me”. Yeah man! So Hilton so famous and big, they not willing to change?! Such a shame! So, be careful when you buy moon cakes. Such a big company, but use evil tactics to sell off all their moon cakes like this. At least they could apologize and tell the sales person off. Like wtf weii?

You see for yourself, how disgusting it looks.

nicely wrapped (we opened it, of coz)

see properly, six moon cakes got mold

Description paper hidden inside the last drawer of the box

Mold!!!!

yucks, disgusting!

mold all over the mooncake, even the sides

Disgusting rite? Feel like using the knife and clear of the thing…Omg! Imagine I cut it into half and the insides got mold as well. Yuckz! Spread the word ppl, Hilton is so irresponsible!!! They didn’t even apologize and blame us for not consuming fast. Pfft!

Went to Klang with my parents and their friend. He brought us to this restaurant to eat. It was not bad. It’s located at Taman Berkerley, Klang.
