Mango Lou @ RM6.80 – The mango lou they serve is quite good, better than the strawberry one below because of the syrup (juice).

Strawberry Lou @ RM9.80 - They should have given more strawberry syrup (juice). The strawberry lou is quite tasteless to me =_______=

Lychee Smoked Meat Skewer @ RM7.80 – Bacon with lychee inside~ What can I say? Totally awesome!

Salted Fish Pork Belly @ RM8.50 – Kinda expensive for such a small bowl. Plus there isn’t alot of meat also… Oh btw, Its SPICY!!! =(

It was Tuesday morning, and the traffic was very jam =(. After the long ride to The Curve, we were all starving… It took us about an hour to reach from Pudu due to the stupid traffic jam. So we waited no more and headed straight to a random restaurant. Ying Ker Lou is the restaurant we have randomly chosen…

Before the waiter even present us the menu, he serves us Peanuts!! I don’t know he know we were starving or what… But the Peanuts cost us RM3 in the receipt… Swt case… But yalah, alot of Chinese Restaurants also do the same… Maybe they scare people see menu and run because of the high price later? So they serve you Peanuts first, so that even you run, they also can charge you RM3… HAHAHAH!!

Ok so the waiter finally hands us the menu, and we did not think much, we just pointed out what we wanted to eat… Without realizing, we have ordered 6 dishes… Oh swt… Did i mention we were only 3 people? Me, my girlfriend and AhKam… If you forget who is AhKam… Click Here

Bi Luo Chun Green Tea @ RM12, Hmm~ My friend say the Tea is very nice, But i think it’s the same… Maybe i don’t know how to enjoy Tea gua?

After that, the soup that we order is served~ It’s Stewed peanuts and lotus root soup with sliced pork (RM9)… Very long name for a soup… Yeah ~

Then our first main dish was served… Braised sliced pork belly with preserved mustard vegetable @ RM20… How come all HAKKA food names so long one? Anyway this dish tastes very good~

If you like sour stuffs, you absolutely love this Stewed pork knuckle with ginger and sweet rice vinegar @ RM25. Very very sour, but tastes very good when you use the gravy mix with rice… Yummy! HOUHOUSEK ar~~

Finally, a Hakka dish with a short name… Hakka Braised Duck (RM25)… Chinese call it salty duck… Hahaha

Our last main dish was Steamed minced pork with sliced squid which costs RM18… A very simple dish but HouHouSek!

Hakka bamboo shoot dumplings @ RM7… Very special =)… Don’t know how to explain, gotta try it yourself ^^…

Pandan and dragon fruit sticky rice ball in ginger soup (RM7)… If you cannot tahan ginger taste… Then better don’t order… Very very rich in ginger taste…

Seriously, they serve the food here very fast… Very nice service…  Although we were starving like hell.. But they serve the food really fast… At lightning speed sia… Even the dessert came out before we even touched anything… Hahas… The total bill was RM148.90… Not bad not bad =)..
